should geragos put scott on the stand? he cannot show remorse which would require an admission, or declare his "innocence" by court rules, so what would be the point? to let him plead for his life? what if scott, in a perry mason moment, sobs out it was a "terrible accident blah blah blah"....do you think the jury would relent on death?
