this reminds me of a world-class-felony-stupid criminal in texas, sorry i can't recall name, who won approx. 5 million dollars in the lottery. he was shortly thereafter arrested for selling dope to an undercover officer
and had to forfeit the lottery winnings under texas statute...my question was DID HE NEED THE MONEY???
