My brother has a dog - who when she was a puppy was born with a bladder problem..She ended up having an infection like every month - and so she dribbled all the time..even now when she gets excited she pees......You sound like you are doing everything girl...Good Luck..IF it keeps up I would have her looked at - it maybe as simple as antibiotics..
