geragos' team intends to put on 20 more witnesses for scott peterson in the penalty phase, beginning tomorrow, monday. the jurors, from all reports , were greatly unimpressed with the witnesses so far, who extolled scott's golfing skills among other things. no one addressed his adult behavior. this is a mistake by the defense, they are further alienating the jury , who will now be stuck another week listening to assertions they clearly do not buy. the main event, scott's mother, will be the last. geragos should leave it at her and let it rest there. he's digging a hole for his client... boring the jury to DEATH.
