There's definitely an error in the USA and that's the refusal to eject every single person within the Homeland borders who doesn't have legal residency rights. Fix that and you fix the entire matter covered by the thread. The problem has arisen by refusing to look the issue in the face and removing the root cause, illegality. It makes no difference at all how it gets fixed so long as it's actually done within a respectable timeframe, and I'm talking months not years. For as long as 14 million people are resident within the Homeland but have no legal right to be there the problem isn't going to be mended by the occasional do-gooder lifesaving intervention in an emergency room.
