I eat cheese, but I guess I am just not eating enough of it. Its just really hard. I feel like I eat ALL day. Then I do the totals and its like WTF I still need 2 glasses of milk and a serving of vegies!
I will have to check out those supplements. Are they really high in calorie (I know make you think about it). I know most juices are high calorie so I imagine those would be too.
Speaking of milk, I think I will go eat some cheese!
