I'm afraid I don't want perverts tracked - if they know who they are to track them, then lock them up.

I know that keeping people in prison costs money - I'm a tax payer so it costs me money - but I'm sure this new technology wasn't cheap. Released paedophiles have the highest re-offend statistic - don't ask me what it is cos I don't know but I have read in more than 1 report that most paedophiles reoffend - so why release them. I really don't understand this.

Like I said, I don't want perverts tracked - I don't want them out there!
