Ellie is the she devil herself
I think she is absolutely magnificent but it is very wearing for my wife and daughter. For the most part she is an angel but once or twice a day, she turns into a she devil and is the nibbling tormenter from hell. No amount of persuading can get her to behave when she is in one of these moods. She runs around the garden at 100mph in big circles pausing momentarily to bark and bite your feet or hands (I think its hilarious)
As I've said before she is incredibly bright at 9 weeks old she is sitting and lying to order (not even any morcels) but when the mood takes her. She sits for her food and hands you her paw.
After reading Val and BR's advice things became a lot easier. But to control these she devil moments I am using a water spray gun which I use at the same time as growling. She doesnt like this and backs off, even when just showing the spray without using it. So it seems to be working so far but I have the feeling she will work it out somehow.
Toilet training is slow but she's not too bad (either lazy or forgetful) but she is confined to the garden and utility room and not in the living room. Not untill she is fully housetrained.
She had us all in stitches last night with 10 minutes of continuous running round the garden, through the bushes, hurdling objects, handbrake turns, doughnuts. Totally raving mad
