Oh dear, Marie and CC you have my condolences on your posts. Going back to my last job and the nasty boss, I was talking to someone who worked in the Accounts Department. This person told me that the head of the Accounts Department, who is a female, would have access to all the accounts staffs' emails so that she could see who was sending what to. Also she would not allow any staff to speak to one another, even if it was a request to do something which was work related. The staff would have to email one another so that the task could be done by the other person.
