I'm sure this has been asked before, but I've yet to find the answer. How does one gain "seniority" here? Do you just post a lot? Do you have to actually be a senior? Is it some sort of secret society where everyone is old and they all eat pudding? Just kidding. But seriously, I wanna have seniority.
