I'm a DIY kinda guy, so I would've been disappointed if it didn't need
some kind of work
. I got this desk for about the cost of one of those wobbly little desks that come in a flat-pack. This one's oak. It will be solid and strong long after I'm tired of it. Maybe I'll put it in my will to use the wood to build my casket.
