Rico
One of the most interesting stories on the list is the RICO suit brought by a woman who has refused money for 911 victims. To make a RICO complaint you have to show an organized pattern of criminal activity and she's suing the Bush Administration for criminal negligence in avoiding 911 and criminal conspiracy for taking America to war under false pretenses. On the latter, I'd say she has a case.
But judges hate RICO because they feel the statute is too broad.
