I try to make myself get at least 4 hrs a night. Much least then that and meetings become a blurr. About once every 6 weeks or so I'll sleep most of the day away.
A little bothered when the world was told you can't catch up on sleep, but then shrugged it off, 'cause it works for me.
I've always been like this. I can remember baking oatmeal cookies at 2:30 in the morning when I was 8. Don't know what my mother was thinking..letting an 8 year old stay up alone baking cookies, while mom and 6 others slept peacefully upstairs, could you imagine trying to explain that to a fire department now?
