Re: Does God Help His Own ?
If god helps his own, then religious people should suffer less than atheists, however, I am not sure that's actually the case. Then some people would respond that gods sends trials to his own to make them better people, but this also doesn't work, as atheists also experience problems, so how come god is also teaching them to be strong and deal with difficult issues.
I think what is patently obvious is that God may exist, but if he does, then he is not particularly pushed in directly helping anyone, and can best be described as an absentee landlord.
