Well I disagree with the scholars who claim canaan was white people, they were black. And I do question the notion of God curseing a particular race, I think his curse, when he did that , covered the totality of humanity, and was not focused on a particular people. Conversely, I view his blessing as that, focused on all, not just certain people. Oh he did at times curse certain peoples and bless certain peoples, but those were specifics, not to be confused with his overall purpose.
Scholars may claim that Jesus was white, or canaan was white, or that Jesus was black or canaan was black, but scholars do not determine the truth, they only confirm their own view.
And that confirmation is a feast unto themselves, which other people join in on for their own reasons.
