AMBER Alert Issued for 8 Year Old Pennsylvania Girl

The State of Pennsylvania issued the Amber Alert early Tuesday evening (05-26) after the girl and her mother were abducted in Upper Southampton Township earlier in the afternoon. According to reports two unknown black males jumped into the mother's vehicle along State Route 132, Street Road and drove away with the girl and her mother still in the vehicle.

Julia Rakoczy an 8 year old white female, 4’1”, 59 pounds with long brown hair and blue eyes. She has a dime-sized birthmark on her forehead. Her mother, Her mother, Bonnie Sweeten, was also abducted. She is a white female, 38 years old, 5’11” tall, 130 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.

The suspects are two unknown black males.

The suspect vehicle is a silver 2005 GMC Denali SUV with PA Registration GYK8998.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

They rammed their cadillac into her SUV...they've recovered the cadillac but not the SUV...it is all over the news down here in Phillly. I hope they are both found safe.

I'm in Delaware County right next to Philly. It happened up in Bucks Co....that's above North Philly. I'll let you know whats going on when the news comes on at noon.

And I hope they catch those thugs who kidnapped them. Obs they only wanted her truck...I'm sure the truck is probs allready in the chop shop. I don't have a good feeling about this Peg.

thanks Peg, that was also posted on another thread last night.......as some of us were discussing violent crimes do happen in rural areas 50% of the time.

Just saw the news...they've recovered the SUV but there are no signs of the mother & daughter. Apparently the SUV was parked in center city Philly and received a ticket overnight.
