Its a dull cold wednesday afternoon and i know this is thoroughly sexist but im bored ..so i just wondered if any of you men wanted to get your kit off ....and show us your rippling muscles ( nothing to extreme the sprog might look in from time to time) SO.......................any piccys ?

I'd love to show you this 18 stone of prime British beef but unfortunately I dont as yet have a digi camera. I will though and when I do .......stand back and be prepared to gasp in astonishment
