Well I did my IQ test and here are the results.

Well, I did my IQ ladycop and I got 129, which is an average of 3 different tests on different site. Now apparently that means that I'm highly intelligent, (which is nice) but not a genius, (which is somehow reassuring). In fact I am quite pleased and did much better than I thought I would, as generally I am a bit slow at puzzles, though better now I realize than I thought, just lazy I guess. However, apparently 160 means that you are a genius, so from now on, I am coming to you for advice.

Actually I have to say that these test are interesting and thought provoking, though a lot of these website seem to charge you, though I found some that are free, and you don't have to use your real email or anything to register your results. I would advise people to try them as they are fun and educational! Though they do state that they are not strict intellgence tests, but are a good indicator of how bright you are in certain areas.

My online test showed that in the mathematical questions my short term memory was impared which makes the remembering of random numbers (and peoples names ha ha ) quite difficult. I always remember having trouble at school with mental arithmatic

I've taken a few IQ tests by psychologists (that sounds bad... once as a child for some college program, once in a Psych 101 class, and another when I was a Mental Health Tech in the Air Force) and I scored between 125 and 130. And honestly Galbally, you're leagues ahead of me in smarts... you're a freaking genius! I think you should make at least one more attempt, I think you'd score much higher.

I have been 150 - 170 on the different ones I went to. It just means I have math, verbal and science abilities on the tests. I scored well on the spacial stuff too. As far as I'm concerned.........it doesn't mean SQUAT when it comes to dealing with life. I have seen some very IQ high people who can't deal with life and I have seen some lower IQ people who are great at life. I really think it depends upon the persons thirst for education ...or.... their thirst for knowledge. How does any person apply -what they learn through education and/or what they learn through life - without an intimate knowledge of themselves?

I agree with NV. Always scored high on mine, but I think it all evens out in the end. I think I lack some of the common sense thinking abilities, mechanical abilities, and I draw a pretty mean stick figure in art class!

I draw a pretty mean stick figure too........I think it consists of about 12 lines and one circle for the head.............
