Re: So sad

Again, according to the instructions of the annual federal funded NALC/USPS CHILD ALERT PROGRAM, an "Emergency Broadcast Fax" is to be issued and every Post Office in the U.S. is required to have the missing child flyer, of this missing girl, displayed in the "Post Office Lobby, workroom floor area and other postal facility", "within 24 hours of the reported missing child". The chances of finding this missing child as well as a lot more reoported missing children would be greatly improved if the NALC/USPS CHILD ALERT PROGRAM, and the supplement to this program (Emergency Broadcast Fax) was functioning at the level of efficiency it is funded for and originally intended. Everyone should contact their local elected congressman (who is a member of the Congressional Caucus on Missing & Exploited Children - all elected federal congress members are part of this Caucus), and contact the National Center For Missing and Exploited Children and ask them to fix the problem with the NALC/USPS CHILD ALERT PROGRAM (it's a simple fix, simple management communication from the elected federal politicians and the federal agencies responsible for the management of the instructions for this program). For a complete copy of the NALC/USPS CHILD ALERT PROGRAM instructions, go to the thread titled "Oprah" in the missing children forum.
