Replies/Quotes
What happens if I reply to a post that isn't the last one by accident?
How do a pick up a quote - for example to reply to other than the last post in the Getting to Know you Game? |

I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but if you go back to your post and hit the 'edit' button in the right hand corner, you have the option to delete the post How do a pick up a quote - for example to reply to other than the last post in the Getting to Know you Game? On the bottom right of the post that you want to include...there is a button that sais 'Quote' This will put it at the top of the page for you own post and appear with a grey background(I think) when you submit your post. Hope this helps

Re: Replies/Quotes
Do you mean that someone beats you in replying to an earlier post? I have that happen a lot... like Bez said, you can delete your post, or edit it to show who you're replying to, like this
"In response to Tigerlily" Or you can copy the applicable post and insert in as a quote in your post before replying. Use the little icon directly above that looks like a dialog balloon from a cartoon. Hope that helps. ![]() |

Re: Replies/Quotes
thanks. What I meant about the wrong place is when I'm looking through a thread I think I'm replying to the last one and I'm not. Does my reply come last anyway, or after the one I think is last????

Re: Replies/Quotes
Exactly what I wanted to know, thanks!! I thought I'd feel a bit of a twit if I answered a post which happened in the middle so my comment would come right at the end and related to nothing recent. I've had a go with the quote thing and it seems to be ok.
