SUSPECT FORCED VICTIM AND VICTIM'S MOTHER LORI WELLS (WHITE FEMALE, 27 YEARS OLD, 5'7" TALL, WEIGHT 140 POUNDS, BLONDE HAIR, GREEN EYES) INTO HIS VEHICLE WITH A LONG KNIFE. SUSPECT THREATENED HARM AGAINST BOTH VICTIM AND MOTHER. Victim 1, LILLIAN KOHUT is described as being a 4 year old WHITE female, BLONDE hair, BLUE eyes, 3'5". 40lbs Wearing: UNKNOWN COLOR PAJAMA SHIRT AND PAJAMA PANTS Suspect 1, SHANE KOHUT. is described as being a 29 year old male, WHITE with BROWN hair, and BLUE eyes, Weighing (Aprox): 180lbs. SHORT BROWN HAIR AND FULL BEARD TATTOO LEFT SHOULDER- DRAGON TATTOO LEFT ARM- "SIEG" TATTOO RIGHT ARM- "HEIL" TATTOO RIGHT CHEST- SKULL TATTOO LEFT CHEST- SCORPION TATTOO BACK- NUDE FEMALE WITH GUN TATTOO ABDOMEN- "LUN Wearing: BASEBALL CAP, WHITE T-SHIRT, WHITE SHORTS Vehicle 1, MAROON 1999 DODGE INTREPID 4-DOOR PASSENGER

Amber Alert Canceled for 4 Year Old Missouri Girl

The Park Hills Police Department and the State of Missouri canceled the Amber Alert after the child and her mother were recovered in Johnson County, Illinois. No further information on the suspect is available at this time.

and once again, the volunteers of F.O.C.U.S. (FINDING OUR CHILDREN UNDER STRESS) stress the importance of activating the annual federal funded program (NALC/USPS CHILD ALERT PROGRAM) at the same time the Amber Alert is issued. by this time tomorrow every post office in the country is required to have a flyer of the amber alert victim(s) displayed in the post office lobby, workroom floor area, and other postal facility (see the thread titled "oprah" in the missing children section of "crimes and justice" in forum garden, for the exact wording of this program). until these programs are operated at the level of efficiency they are intended, and funded, the missing person epidemic in this country will never be slowed).
after submitting, i just read the amber alert was cancelled because the victims were found, good, a positive conclusion; still, people need to get involved putting pressure on the elected politicians and federal funded agencies responsible for the management of the federal laws and programs created to help find and prevent missing children/persons.
