Need to clean out cache?

I was told by FG admin that I need to clean "out my cache", so that FG menu items "New posts" & "Today's posts", & even "all posts made by me option", will open for me. I haven't got a clue how to clean out the cache, what ever that is. Anyone?

What browser are you using?

As I recall, in Internet Explorer it's Tools / Internet Options / Clear History

and whilst you're in there, clear temporary files and cookies

In FireFox it's Edit / Preferences / Privacy / Clear Cache

Or you can download Crap Cleaner (freeware, no spyware or adware) and give your computer a good dose of salts and clean out all the irrelevant stuff that hangs around long after it became useful. Just google crap cleaner and you'll get a link.
