Darfur Crisis

In Sudan, a Arab group called the Janjaweed is accused of ethnic "cleansing" into Islam, by destroying homes in villages in an impoverished area of Sudan, Darfur, where mostly black Africans live. Rebels from the Sudan Liberation Army and Justice & Equality Movement have attacked government targets, accusing the government of assisting the Janjaweed. The government claims creating self-defense militias against the rebels, yet they haven't stopped the racist acts of the Janjaweed. The US Congress is accusing the Janjaweed of genocide, it's the UN that needs to agree for something to happen, unless America goes in alone.

Oh! I didin't mean your summarizing! I meant that the authors of this article seem to be leaving out the under-current of the conflict: Christianity vs. Islam.

I find it interesting that they won't just come out and say that the Islams are killing Christians. They certainly point it out when Christians are killing Islamists.
