The great Mayo or Salsa debate..

Tonight I made breakfast burritos for supper, since they are quick and easy to prepare. However it never fails that Dave and I get into a debate on which is better on burritos. He sais nothing beats mayonaise on breakfast burritos, and I vote for salsa and sour cream on mine.

So I was just wondering, what do you prefer on your breakfast burritos?

Oh and here's how I make mine. In a skillet slice up bout 6 or 7 strips of thickly sliced bacon. Then add about 4 potatoes cubed. Fry until the potatoes become tender. Then I add a can of chopped green chilis. I then beat about 9 eggs and pour into the potatoe/bacon mixture. Cook until the eggs are set. Then serve on flour tortillas with cheese. (I like salsa and sourcream on mine also)

And if you don't eat breakfast burritos is there something you and your mate debate about dealing with food?

Salsa.

I make my breakfast burritos with:

eggs
chorizo
green chilis

flour tortillas

menudo on the side if it is Saturday

Hot sauce! Salsa would be my second choice, but even though I love mayo I'd rather sneeze milk out my nose than have it on a breakfast burrito. Blech!

Well, I'm a mayo freak! I love mayo with just about anything. But salsa does sound better with this... or just without anything! Sounds delish!

i stand behind snoozecontrol on this one. besides,.......dont want to get hit with the milk out the nose.................

mayo and eggs? gag.......choke......gurgle.........

salsa or hot sauce for this fish anyday!!

Well in my professional opinion as a member of ' mayonnaise chompers not anonymous' i think mayo is good on ANYTHING & EVERYTHING tbh, has to be hellman's though

ewww@sauce or salsa...cant be doing with that malarkey
