CA. Supreme Court denies geragos
The CA Supreme Court has denied geragos' writ to delay penalty phase in scott peterson case. they refused to even hear his motion for new jury and new venue. the penalty phase will go forward tomorrow, november 30. i never thought geragos stood a chance in this motion. he's desperate. note, there will be live audio allowed in verdict only, not the victim impact statements.
