Hey, Arnold!!

How goes the training with the newest addition? And did you decide on a name for your girl yet?

Oh, that's right! And since he was going to take a photo with his new phone that he was sure he was going to get for his birfday, we should be seeing a photo of her very soon.

Thank ya Val, I was wondering if I'd missed it somewhere...I positively DROWNED him in info about my methods for the type of problem he was having, and I was wondering if it helped.
Ellie... that's cute, I like it!

*Gasp, sigh, gasp, hurrh, pant, gasp* Let me get me breath back. Ooooh my legs ache

Ellie is the she devil herself

I think she is absolutely magnificent but it is very wearing for my wife and daughter. For the most part she is an angel but once or twice a day, she turns into a she devil and is the nibbling tormenter from hell. No amount of persuading can get her to behave when she is in one of these moods. She runs around the garden at 100mph in big circles pausing momentarily to bark and bite your feet or hands (I think its hilarious)

As I've said before she is incredibly bright at 9 weeks old she is sitting and lying to order (not even any morcels) but when the mood takes her. She sits for her food and hands you her paw.

After reading Val and BR's advice things became a lot easier. But to control these she devil moments I am using a water spray gun which I use at the same time as growling. She doesnt like this and backs off, even when just showing the spray without using it. So it seems to be working so far but I have the feeling she will work it out somehow.

Toilet training is slow but she's not too bad (either lazy or forgetful) but she is confined to the garden and utility room and not in the living room. Not untill she is fully housetrained.

She had us all in stitches last night with 10 minutes of continuous running round the garden, through the bushes, hurdling objects, handbrake turns, doughnuts. Totally raving mad

Re: Hey, Arnold!!

I think Ellie over-fraps . I'm pretty sure if I put her in one of those wall-of-death things at the circus she would run round the wall . Like a mad hamster but horizontal.

I'll try and get a pic with me phone and post it
