should scott peterson testify (beg) in penalty phase?
should geragos put scott on the stand? he cannot show remorse which would require an admission, or declare his "innocence" by court rules, so what would be the point? to let him plead for his life? what if scott, in a perry mason moment, sobs out it was a "terrible accident blah blah blah"....do you think the jury would relent on death?

no way Geragos is gonna put him on the stand.. it would undermine all the different strategies that he has employed in trying to keep him from getting the needle. Course I can already see the appeals process starting.. number one excuse.. because of all the publicity.. he could not get a fair trial....

From the start he was guilty, he needs to spend his life in prison re-living over and over the sex he had with Amber Frye...he is not worth saving, but he should have thought of the consequences before he committed the crime, pretty boy, now -- prison inmate (for life!)...
he wasn't man enough to be a father.

He didn't care about his blood, he had a serious hormonal inbalance. Hislife is over...the nation has been on pins & needles about it. A weak person, to say the least. its over. 2 people would have lived a great life despite his sex disorder...

God Sharon Rocha is in such pain. Get this over with for them. I feel her pain everytime I see her speak. I would have said worse to that bottom feeding, scum, murder SP.. !!
