I know I've discussed nutrition here before. Don't remember exactly where.

Discussed how vacations are correlated with lower incidence of heart attacks.

Correlation does not mean causation. Could just be that people who can afford to take more vacations have more money . . . .

Also discussed how cinnomon is good for diabetics.

Another factoid I tend to mention online is that Creatine is a caffeene(sp?) antagonist. Figured how I was getting headachaces when I read about this in a magazine.

They are a non profit organization. Some of their sups seem expensive for a nonprofit but they beat the price of my local King Soopers on creatine.
