geragos' team intends to put on 20 more witnesses for scott peterson in the penalty phase, beginning tomorrow, monday. the jurors, from all reports , were greatly unimpressed with the witnesses so far, who extolled scott's golfing skills among other things. no one addressed his adult behavior. this is a mistake by the defense, they are further alienating the jury , who will now be stuck another week listening to assertions they clearly do not buy. the main event, scott's mother, will be the last. geragos should leave it at her and let it rest there. he's digging a hole for his client... boring the jury to DEATH.

You got it Lady Cop.............Gerago's IS digging a hole for Scott. I can not believe what he's doing. BORED, I'm almost sleeping. Geragos is making the jury hate Scott more than when they ALL voted to give him a 1st degree murder charge.
Hey........I've had a lot of money.......in the past. I guess you could say I was very upper middle class and spoiled. The other thing about me is that I was born right in the middle of the great depression. Money has never meant anything to me.
I alway's thought it was perfectly okay that my dad put newspapers between the blankets to keep us warm during WW11. I didn't know that other people had more money than we did. I had a wonderful childhood........mom did washing and ironing so I could take piano lessons, and dad sold Hoover Vacuum cleaners door to door. I was so PROUD of him! I'll never forget him saying,......'They beat as they sweep and they clean'.

Hey...........he was a College Grad. of Gonzaga Univ. with top honor's in his class. The year was 1904. Bing Crosby went to Gonzaga, a Catholic Jesuit College.

When I hear about all the WONDERFUL things that Scot's family has said about him........I want to throw up! When I was 12, I moved neighbor's lawns. At 13, I took care of an old neighbor lady. at 14 was a usher in a old movie theater.

I remember my Dad buying a whole case of canned peaches...but by the time he got home, they were half gone. He's stop and give the old ladies and men in the neighborhood a can or two. He bought them at our local store, called the Piggly Wiggly! What memories huh!

The whole thing is............that Geragos KNOW'S that Scott is guilty. He, Gerago's has busted his arse.............to prove that he isn't. LOOK what Gerago's has to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At this point........I don't believe in the Death Penalty............but I really do think that the Jury may vote on it.! Does anyone here get teary...........when Scott's sister in law got teary about the fuzzy slipper's he gave her. GAG ME WITH A

Yes Paula. That's exactly what we're talking about. Whether or not what is going on now with the testimony of the Scott's warm and fuzzy friends and changing or NOT changing the verdict. Why did Scott, or his attorney Geragos not go to Simpson for advice, have not idea.

Carla, you're right, Tombstone's right. The jury is NOT stupid............and all the rhetoric in the world will never change the Juror's minds, I pray.
