Hi all,
I've been searching for new forums to participate in, my old ones are getting to be the same ole', same ole' 3/4's of the time. Anyway, I ran across this place and thought it looked pretty inviting. I didn't do a lot of looking around, so I'm hoping there's someone out there that is ancient (almost 45) like me?? lol I am from a laid back, boring part of KS, I have 3 grown sons, and a almost 3 year old grand daughter, who I am helping my middle son to raise...Her name is Jacy, and she is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Well besides her daddy and her uncles....Last but not least, I have a wonderful man in my life, his name is Steve. He is not only my ex husband, hehe, but the man I love yet again. So there's a little about me. I hope to get to know more about some of you soon. Take care!

Welcome to FG! I think you'll be surprised to find that your age is just about average for this place. |

Re: Saying hello from KS
Hey Tombstone and Paula,
I'm so happy to know that I don't have to feel like the senior here...LOL...I hate feeling old, when I still feel so young inside. KS = Kansas....I don't have the right accent to be from Kentucky... Nice to meet you both! ![]()

[quote=livnnlrnin]Hi all,
I've been searching for new forums to participate in, my old ones are getting to be the same ole', same ole' 3/4's of the time. Came here for the same reason, old place was doom & gloom, Der Wulf is from Arizona, hasta have some sunshine. I'm still exploring, get lost on occasion, still learning local customs, but the old bones are starting to warm. Your age? yer just a kid, bout the age of my kids, Grand kids? got 11, 4 in the UK. Kids were great but involved some work, grandkids, all pleasure. Anyway, from another newbee, welcome ![]() |
