why do i feel so alone

can be in a room full of people
yet still feel alone unloved

jesse, you're not alone my dear. I've often been amongst a crowd, laughing and joking, yet feeling that none of them know me at all.

I have similar feelings when I am in depression. It's a delusion, things are not like that trust me. If you're alone, who's not? People who don't like you actually don't like anyone, even themselves.

If you can't break this cycle on your own, why would not you see a professional?

Yeah, I second that. Lots of us know how you feel. It's good if you can express it, it helps a lot. Folks here have put up with a lot from me, downers, depressing poetry, allsorts really, but I've had nothing but positive back.

there are always different pills you know. and a little side effect is not the end of the world. i believed i had to and took, i'm now better.
