The big problem comes when you run a hot iron across the label, and it gets sharp corners... I don't find these a problem unless that happens. If you cut off the "tag", then how do you know how to wash/iron them anyway?

The washing insructions are normally on the side seam.....the ones at the back of the neck ususally have the makers name and the size....these can be hellish but I only cut the troublesome ones out.

What about panty tags?

They tickle in strange places, so THEY'RE OUT too

Re: Tags in clothing...

I always cut them out-but then sometimes when I am renting out my clothes closet, I forget what size they are. So I have to try them on before I figure out if they are too big or not, to put in the Goodwill bag.

Personally, I remove them because I hate looking at the sizes on them
