Has anyone ever gone to a CODA meeting? Someone referred me to a that group. I haven't gone to a meeting yet. I found the website. But has anyone gone to a meeting?

Yes, most of my relationships with men are the co-dependent type, especially with my x-husband. I'm not sure yet but I think it has something to do with growing up in a very unstable, dysfunctional family.
I may be going to a meeting this Thursday night. |
