Backache arghhhh!

Any ideas on how to ease this crippling back pain please? and nobody say get off the laptop that isnt an option!

Ive been using my little bagpuss hot water bottle the last 3 days and just took some ibuprofen but still it hurts, its extremely stiff when i get up on a morning to

Diclofenic/Voltraol muscle relaxents, they are good once you give them a chance to get in your system. Keep moving every 25 minutes, and strengthen your core muscles, for your back it's the tummy ones

As much as I am sure you enjoy being atop the laptop, I would say it might be easier typing if you put the laptop in front of you instead of under you. And this just might relieve a little back pain. Not that I want to upset a preggo mind you. Just a friendly suggestion.

ok thanks petal ill see what i can get later this week, i normally use that deep heat spray but it doenst half stink and i dont think burning my nose off helps much

Well I get the odd back pain, but usually I just take a quick walk and a few stretches and that makes me feel better.

Hope you feel better soon though whatever you decide to do!!
