Hugs for the day

Some of us are alone, some of us have certain disorders, etc.

Just tell us what we can do, vent if you need, and in return heres a hug.

I'll go first, I am sick and tired of having to take Ritalin because I am peri-menopausal, as soon as someone hears Ritalin they think OMG,
I am tired of having to take it to have a good day, but I have to have my child see me take it to set a good example , since he is ADHD, and I am ADHD thanks to peri-menopause. I am venting because , if it doesnt work and some days it doesnt
it really really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one understands unless they have ADHD, and if you try to explain it to them they just look at ya kind of wierd.

people do tend to take good health for granted ,to feel physicaly unwell is bad enough but to feel mentally unwell is a nightmare that takes every bit of mental strength you have just to do the things that seem so easy for every one else , I P i have a lot of respect for you its not easy

Thanks, guys, its just the concentration that is off, but when I have a high-pressured job that is 100% concentration, those days that Ritalin doesnt work , I can do without
