suplements in the gym

I am looking for success stories with suplements. I personally use ON's instantized whey protien. A 3 scoop shake has 69g of protien with 330 calories, 30 of those calories from fat. I also us a multi vitamin. And this time of year I bulk out with creatine monohydrate. I have had excellent results and about 15-20 pounds of lean gain last year.

I have also tried andro and have had freakish results, beyond my wildest expectations, but there are side effects and I am kind of proceeding with caution with this suplement.

Any input will be appreciated.

I am almost freakishly skinny but never thought of "bulking up". I am gaining a fair bit of muscle building houses and like the look of it but I never understood the idea of gaining muscle beyond what is required and staying fit. Not to criticize, just looking for an explanation.

BTW what kind of side effects can occur with suppliments?

Andro made me not want to back down for nothing.

Creatine is good but I have to cycle off of it as it tends to dehydrate me more and more over time.


whey protein by www.lef.org yum even if it does not work it is yummy

But don't let them sub another brand. I made that mistake once.

PS. As for turnups --YUM My wife thinks it is weird that I like them.

I have some friends that have had some great results with a supliment by the name of ProArgi-9. Through, it is bit more pricy than turnips.
