Guys, I'm sure you can all relate, and ladies, let's just 'fess up here...This is pretty darn accurate. For me, at least!! If nothing else, it's good for a laugh!

LOL if only I'd had that to refer to earlier!
 I'm on 'High' alert right now, but coupled with the fact we've both given up smoking last month, this could be mistaken for 'Severe'
