Wish Me Luck This Week

I have a test in Patrol Procedures tomorrow, a test on Wednesday in Criminal Investigations (of all things it's over homocide lol) and a test on Thursday in Modern Philosophy. I guess all the instructors want to give tests before Spring Break starts on Thursday after class!

It'll be a late night ... as most nights have been since I joined the CJ program. Things you think are basic knowledge, are actually more detailed and not always assumed. But ya know what they say about assuming, it makes an ass out of you and me.

Thanks Abbey & LC ~

I'm stressed about tests and then to have 3 in a week is just driving me nuts. My eye started twitching again on Saturday .... after my tests are done we are heading to Texas for Spring Break so getting packed & ready for that, too! Also worried about my fiance's son's mom backing out at the last minute on letting the son come w/ us which would totally throw everything out of whack!

I'll find out in the morning what my grade was on the Patrol Procedures test .... I thought the test was fairly easy but Dave told us he hoped we would do better than the other PP class that took the test on Monday.

I found out today the score from a test I took last Tuesday. Before class I was talking w/ another student and she told me that overall the tests weren't that great ~ she got a 40%. So I was worried. I got my test and had an 84% ~ that was in Modern Philosophy.

Well not as good as I thought. I got a 73% on my PP test from yesterday. But at the same time, the highest score was 83% and the class average was 63%. There were like 3 scores higher than mine (83 & 2 ~ 80%'s). The other PP class had a class average of 67%.

Sorry to hear that. Anyway you can do extra credit to raise your grade? Are you able to pass on a D?

Beth ~ I still have several more tests before the end of term in May. A 73% is a C. I could pass on a D. Last semester I had a C on 2 tests, but had B's & A's on the rest and came out w/ a B for the class ~ just have to study harder!

I only asked about the D because you said you had a 67% average in the PP class. Good luck in the rest of the semester!
