Osteoporosis

Hi, my mum is in early stages of osteoporosis, does anyone have any advice on care when it advances.

Calcichew is good for her to be taking now, and from right now be careful, avoid doing the silly things we all do (climbing on stools instead of using steps etc) that may damage her.
