The Ultimate Marketing Plan/Theoritical not a socilation

The ideal marketing play would have upward migration. Lets say you build single line down 5 levels. And the guy on the 5th level is a heavy hitter. You would want him front line and with my idea of upward migration this person would be front line.

Also the "Ultimate" marketing plan would encourage people to be above average.

My understanding is the average marketer recruits two and quits.

I would want people to be in break even quick. So I would have a 23% pay out on level 2.

17 percent personal sponsoring bonus to reward the worker. 23% and 17% is 40 percent. And to keep things simple all other pay levels would be 3%. So with three personal recruits a person would be at break even. This is assuming you have placed two people under a front line person.

Now if any of these 3 recruit they will be frontline. So the top recruiter will be front line.

Almost frogot to mention this would be a 3 X something matrix. Number of levels paid out would have to depend on the product.
