Average Joes have tough time leaving no-fly list
The nation's confusing array of terrorist watch lists -- like those that snagged Sen. Ted Kennedy and Rep. John Lewis -- can be easy to get on, but far more difficult to get off.

It really is impossible to get off the TSA watch list. A businessman in Minneapolis is still being detained even after intervention by his Congressman.
But if you find this disturbing wait until the Terrorism Information Awareness Agency gets up to speed and innocent citizens suffer the consequences of being mistakenly identified as a terrorist threat. Katie bar the door. |
