I just came back from New York (Manhattan). WOW! How exciting! It was my first time there and well worth the visit. (Excluding the 12 hour drive plus the 1 hour search for a parking spot downtown).

I get all excited when leaving the country. Sometimes it's nice to get away. I could never leave permanently though. I'd miss the fishing and camping up north too much.

I'd love to go to New York City/Manhattan!!! I've only been to the edge of Buffalo, New York. That was when I was in Canada visiting Niagara Falls and we decided to drive into New York just so we could say that we've been there.

I noticed you are from Texas Porpoise! I went to San Antonio last year with a girlfriend. She won an 8 day all inclusive trip through work. I felt like the luckiest person in the world. We had too much fun! We crossed the border to Mexico near our last day (just to say we'd been there). Dallas is amazing as well!
