out to lunch
so today i meet another woman deputy for lunch. we go to a great italian restaurant. well everywhere a cop goes in this town, you meet up with someone you arrested. sometimes it's pleasant, sometimes not! we are seated and here comes the waitperson. she looks rode hard and put away wet. and is glaring at me. a few minutes later she comes back and says to us "i know you". well right away we know what that means! she pointedly looks at the other deputy and says "well you were nice". i just cracked up, and asked "does that mean you're going to spit in MY food?". so that broke the ice and it was very good....but i was not happy giving her my bank card after the meal! of course she would have to be insane....
