Abstinence Support Groups???
I just got off of the phone with my younger sister, who is 17. She's still a virgin. I told her matter of factly, that I was SURE that there were support groups out there to help her as she is having a difficult time living a 17 year old's life without sex. (There aren't many girls her age left that are still virgins after all!!!) I went online tonight to try to find something by typing, "support groups for teenage abstinence", and to my dismay, pulled only abortion websites, adoption websites, and unplanned pregnancy alternatives from the search engine. Why as Americans are we so quick to fix a problem rather than prevent it? Also, can someone help me help my sister so she doesn't end up like me.... 24, single, and with a 3 year old daughter? Thanks.
