Ronald Reagan-America's greatest President or just a puppet?

Towards the end of his speech to the Forty-second Session of the UN on September 21, 1987, Reagan said -

"...in our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask is not an alien force ALREADY among us?"

Did somebody put RR up to saying this, or was he 'shooting from the hip'?

No it was a stork mix up and the little green baby built his own flying saucer and took off.... it ends with the father dreaming, then waking up in the waiting room where they hand him his new born son....... it ends with the cartoon fonusing on the babys name band..... Z.O.T. hehehehe
