If anyone saw the final marathon in Athens yesterday, then you saw someone pushing the Brazilian Runner, Vanderlie de Lima, into the crowd. He was at first when the event happened. By the time the marathon was over, he dropped down to third. He was awarded the Bronze Medal and the Olympics Coubertin Medal, an award rarely ever given.

Re: Defrocked Irish Priest Pushed Olympic Runner Into Crowd
He was awarded the Coubertin medal for "exceptional demonstration of fair play and the Olympic values."

I read it in the papers this morning (Irish Time) It seems that he was arrested a number of times, and he was drunk. It also said he was wearing a shirt with Jesus Saves. Perhaps he join A.A.
