The urge to dance
Do you ever wake up just feeling good for no apparent reason? Today I am in the best of moods and am gripped with the inexplicable urge to get up and dance. Unfortunately I cannot as I would probably be shipped off to the looony bin, so I thought I'd spread some of the goodness around the garden! Have a happy day!

Majenta, when the spirit grabs you , GIVE IN!!! Who cares who's looking or thinks you're nuts? Just get up and dance!
I've heard that if you suppress these urges, the giddiness builds up and finds release in other ways. So you may feel gassy if you don't find a way to let loose.  Happy day to you, too!
