hello and welcome to another dose of the weird and wacky world of AA grumpy
i loved this article and just had to share it with the FG click on the link and read the story first.

A PACK of plucky pigs made a desperate bid to escape the chop when their lorry overturned yards from a slaughter house.

Around 180 hot-hoofed hogs seized the chance to save their bacon when the vehicle made a rash turn near the Malton Bacon Factory in York, North Yorks.

The crash caused the wagon’s doors to spring open and gave the swines their opportunity to scarper.

Ham-fisted motorists and pedestrians were left pork-scratching their heads as they dodged the flying pigs charging down the middle of a road.

Firefighters used cutting equipment to free 40 of the animals still trapped in the lorry, while other crew members used jets of water to cool them off.

The bold boars must have been taking tips from the infamous Tamworth Two - who became national heroes after swimming across a river and spending six weeks on the run to escape the abattoir.

North Yorkshire Police confirmed the lorry driver was uninjured in the crash and unfortunately they had managed to round up the creatures.

Cops had asked anyone who witnessed the incident to call SWINEstoppers.
