..........have you ever turned into that road you have never taken before, just to see where it lead to? Sometimes, you keep going for awhile and being unimpressed and concerned that you may get lost or run out of gas, make a u-turn and head back towards the main road. But, every once in awhile, you do find something interesting. An old abandoned house, deer or a small group of wild turkeys, or a town that you didn't know was there.

Have you ever turned onto the "road less travelled"?...

Although I hate this to be my 1st entry I would feel guilty at letting it go unsaid.
It was my dear dad's funeral yesterday, and I was so proud of my family, they all came together and not one bitchy comment from anyone!

I had to go to hospital last night as my gallbladder flared up and the pain was incredible (Greedy guts, I could'nt resist the buffet)
Thankfully the pain eased off and I was discharged, I really must chase up my admission date to get the ruddy...

And the backyard is a mess. I guess the kids will have to pick up the leaves and branches tomorow.

Winter is finally here with a very cold night tonight
