1-medium red onion
A handful of cilantro
4 twists of sea salt

1/2 teaspoon of my thai chille pepper sauce.

Thai chili pepper sauce:

I take my hottest plant, roast 20 of the chillies over an open hickory flame, drop them in 1/2 ounce white vinigar, a pinch of brown sugar and a dash of hickory smoke flavor. ( I refuse to say how I get my liquid smoke flavor, family secret, you can use a store bought brand).

To prepare:

Puree half the tomatos with the Thai chilli sauce, chop the rest of thie ingredients up finely, let it sit over night in a cold refer.

My buds prefer a half shot of taquila added to my salsa... I dont eat it when they do that, but I dont mind them adding stuff either.
that sounds really good!
